We offer a hassle-free return policy, allowing you to return items for any reason within 60 days. To return or exchange a product within this period, please ensure the item is in a condition suitable for resale.
- If you are not satisfied with our product within the 60-day period, please email us to request a return label. We will promptly arrange the return process for you.
- In your email, include the reason for the return or exchange. Package the product in a cardboard box or bag, and provide the dimensions (length, width, height) and weight of the package so we can generate the appropriate return label. It's necessary.
- Our Linen Times team will assist you throughout the process. Please be patient as we prepare your return label, which will be sent to you via email.
- Once our logistics team receives the returned item, we will immediately initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- To expedite the refund process, you can track the shipping status of the return. Upon receipt of the item, please notify us so we can prioritize your return.
