We offer a hassle-free return policy, allowing you to return items for any reason within 60 days. To return or exchange a product within this period, please ensure the item is in a condition suitable for resale.

  1. If you are not satisfied with our product within the 60-day period, please email us to request a return label. We will promptly arrange the return process for you.
  2. In your email, include the reason for the return or exchange. Package the product in a cardboard box or bag, and provide the dimensions (length, width, height) and weight of the package so we can generate the appropriate return label. It's necessary.
  3. Our Linen Times team will assist you throughout the process. Please be patient as we prepare your return label, which will be sent to you via email.
  4. Once our logistics team receives the returned item, we will immediately initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  5. To expedite the refund process, you can track the shipping status of the return. Upon receipt of the item, please notify us so we can prioritize your return.
