60-Day Refund & Return Policy

We provide a hassle-free return policy, allowing you to return your purchase within 60 days for any reason. If you find our product unsatisfactory within this period, please reach out to us via email to request a return label. We'll promptly arrange the return process for you. Used or Washed items, unfortunately, are not eligible for refund. For all returns, the whole set including the packaging and your return note is required in order to process your refund. Once your return package arrives at our office, we will arrange a full refund within 5 working days. Any refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method used when placing the order.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns: Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the selling price, less any shipping costs or other adjustments. Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items, bulk orders, fabric samples, or gift cards.

  • Home Linens: (Clothing and table linens excluded, along with items marked Final Sale) may be returned within 60 days of delivery in good condition.
  • Clothing & Table Linens: Must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached where applicable.

We stand behind our goods and do our very best to provide you with the highest quality and most beautifully designed linens. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our linens after use, please contact customer service with your case. We want to hear from you and always want to learn how we can make improvements.

Additional Return Policy Details

No Reason Returns: While we accept returns for any reason within 60 days, the returned items should not affect the resale value of the bedding. If you receive any items with quality issues, please contact our friendly customer service team immediately. We do not accept returns for items found to have quality issues upon inspection, especially if these issues were not reported with accompanying photographs at the time of receipt. If you insist on returning items that cannot be resold, we can only offer a partial refund or return the items to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are currently unavailable. The best way to proceed with an "exchange" is to initiate a return for your original items and place a new order for the items you would like.
